Elder Leadership Academy

The Elder Leadership Academy is at the heart of Celebrate Ageing Ltd. The Academy provides Fellowships to older people to co-lead projects challenging ageism and building respect for older people. The Fellowships move beyond the traditional approaches of representation, consultation, co-design and co-production - because we recognise older people have the knowledge, skills and passion to co-lead change.

The Academy offers Fellowships to older people (65+) to address issues of concerns to Celebrate Ageing and where resources can be identified. Read about our current and past Fellows and application process below.

Fellowship applications

If you are interested in a Fellowship, please phone us to discuss before completing an application form. Fellowships are generally offered to individuals, but some projects lend themselves to work in pairs. Click the links below for more information.
