The Wall

The Wall is a space for people of all ages to share things they value about their age - to protect ourselves against ageism. Internalising (believing) that we are 'less' solely on the basis of our age can erode our health and wellbeing. Older people who internalise ageism can reduce their life expectancy by 7.5 years! We need to protect ourselves.

As curators of this curators of this space want to build a revolution against ageism by inviting you to share one thing you value about the age you are right now.

How to participate

  1. Click on the link here
  2. Tell us your first name and age
  3. Tell us what is the best thing about your age right now.
