"Practicing gratitude for our age
can help make the age we are, feel like it is enough."
Dr Catherine Barrett, Director of Celebrate Ageing Ltd

The Wall

The Wall is a space for people of all ages to share things they value about their age. The practice of valuing our age can help protect us against ageism (the belief we are of less value as we age).

How to participate

  1. Tell us your first name and age
  2. Tell us the best thing about the age you are right now
  3. Send your message via email to [email protected]
