Gen K workshops

Gen K workshops bring older and younger people together to combat ageism and build stronger local communities. Workshop participants are supported to work in intergenerational pairs/teams to explore ageism and to undertake a simple act of kindness for someone doing it tough in the local community. Kindness is presented as a framework for building compassion for others - including older people and people doing it tough in the local community. The acts of kindness become shared goals, encouraging stronger intergenerational connections to be built.

If you are interested in facilitating Gen K workshops please join the Gen K Leadership Network to access the online instructions - as well as mentoring and support (outlined below).
